Hey, Hi, Hello!
‘Brand Mom’ | Strategist | Marketing Leader – living in Richmond, VA
I’m endlessly curious about the human instincts and tiny truths that can make brands truly great, and I believe the best ideas happen when teams feel supported enough to think a little bigger.
Over the past decade, I’ve built brands and led marketing teams across entertainment, hospitality, retail, energy, and nonprofit sectors, most recently as Director of Marketing + Communications for a multi-industry portfolio.
Now, as a Master’s candidate at VCU Brandcenter, I bring together strategy, creativity, empathy, and calm leadership to keep some of the world’s most creative teams moving forward.
And yes, that sometimes means supporting a creative side-quest, reminding everyone to drink more water, and saving everyone from one too many font debates.
Why More Teams Need BME (Brand Mom Energy)
Some people think motherhood splits your focus. In reality, it trains you to run a (not so) small, emotionally complex operation…often on no sleep.
You learn to anticipate needs before they’re said, juggle competing priorities, and keep things from unraveling when it matters most.
That’s the foundation of Brand Mom Energy (BME).
It’s a calm, systems-minded way of working: Seeing how everything connects, reading the room, and keeping ideas intact as they move from concept to reality. Because most great ideas don’t fall apart in the brainstorm, they lose their shine in the messy middle.
BME is what helps them make it through.
